Eligibility and Admission Process

Eligibility:

• ICET Qualification or Entrance Test: Candidates must have graduated and be qualified in TS ICET/AP ICET 2024, with no specific rank required, only pass is required.
  
  Alternatively, candidates can take the Entrance Test conducted by PGRRCDE, OU.
  
• Educational Pattern: Candidates should have completed their graduation in the 10+2+3 (Degree), 10+2+4 (B.Tech), or 10+3+3 (Polytechnic) pattern/scheme and secure a minimum of 50% marks (45% for BC/SC/ST) in any graduation program.
  
• Equivalency Certificate: For candidates who completed their UG outside TS/AP, an equivalency certificate is required. This can be obtained from the Deputy Registrar (Academic), OU located in OU administrative building for a fee of ₹2000. The process takes 4-5 days and involves visiting the Administrative Building 2nd Floor.

Admission Process:

• Online Application: Interested candidates need to submit an application form available on the official PGRRCDE website. It is a fully ONLINE process.
• Admission Fee: The admission fee is ₹900. One-time registration charges of Rs 300 is applicable also.
• Last date for admission: 31st Dec of every year for same academic year. If you join before Dec 31st, you will write the exam next March/April (Sem 1) and next Sep/Oct (Sem 2) and so on and so forth.
• Document Verification: One-time visit to OU CDE is required for document verification. PGRRCDE also has admission centers in various colleges across Telangana. You may use this facility as well. You do not need to travel to Hyderabad.
